Gameplay
3 v 3
Half Ice Format
Adults: 2 periods of 15 min, with 5 min. break.
Youth: 2 periods of 10 min, with 5 min. break.
Helmets required

Win: 3 points
Draw: 1 point each
Loss: 0 points
Tiebreaker will be the team with the most goals
Code of Conduct
To ensure everyone has a great experience, please review these key points from our Code of Conduct:

Sportsmanship First: Respect your teammates, opponents, and the game. No taunting or trash talk—win with humility, lose with class.

Competitive but Respectful: Play hard, but remember this is a community league. Body checking and reckless play are prohibited. Safety and fair play come first.

Self-Officiating: Players call their own penalties and goals honestly. Resolve disputes quickly and respectfully—when in doubt, replay it or drop the puck and move on.

Required Safety Equipment: Helmets are mandatory for all players on the ice, no exceptions. Shin guards and gloves are strongly recommended.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Any verbal or physical abuse will result in immediate removal from the game and possible suspension or expulsion from the league.
